Pivoine Spa and Salon design is based around a simplistic contemporary design with light woods, paints, and metals. The design highlights women’s femininity with blush tones and light wood tones. The curvature of the walls is complimented with furniture arrangements and wall décor. The organic furniture, color palette, and addition of greenery allows clients to feel as if they are in an airy and refreshing space. The building and each client’s purpose is to find renewal, cleanliness, and spiritual awakening. The cleanliness of the building is highlighted in sanitation safe materials and fabrics. The renewal and spiritual awakening is found in the fluidity of how the rooms in the spa move, as well as the purpose of the practices performed in the building. Because of the architecture and practices, clients can find a new relaxing energy that is provided by the space. The designated work areas of the reception desk, nail salon, and hair salon all help the clients to understand the flow of the building. The spa and hair salon are located in the east section of the building. This area is separated due to the noise and traffic of those spaces. Clients can feel comfortable in a clean and airy design as they pamper themselves, host salon days with friends and family, and catch up with their stylists. The west side of the building is designated for relaxation. The juice bar is directly behind the reception area to allow an easy flow into the relaxation section. The locker room is also connected to the pool, saunas, and massage rooms. Because of this design, this area allows for more privacy and quiet so people can relax. The north section of the building is the employees' space. There is an office, a break room, and a private employee bathroom. This place allows employees to feel comfortable and at home, even when they’re at work. The same color palette is pushed into this section as well, which helps employees to still feel the effects of relaxation of Pivoine Spa and Salon.
